What is FoSTaC?

What is FoSTaC, and who needs to be certified?

FoSTaC (Food Safety Training & Certification) is FSSAI's official training framework for food handlers and supervisors. It's built around a simple rule: every food business is expected to have at least one certified Food Safety Supervisor for roughly every 25 food handlers on a shift.

In plain terms, if you run a kitchen of any real size, you almost certainly need trained, certified supervisors on the floor, not just a license on the wall. We work with FoSTaC-empanelled trainers to run this training on-site, in your own kitchen, and keep track of certificate validity so re-certification never sneaks up on you.
